Red Honcho - Problems - Flyah Review

Now this is what you call hip hop.  I watched the video and noticed how down earth and real his lyrics are.  Red Honcho glides over the beat as if it was covered in butter and presents professionalism in a way that is unique.  His voice is definitely meant for rhyming and his flow is smooth.  The bass in the beat gives you that bounce that will have your head bopping in the matter of seconds.  His west coast vibe is impeccable, creative and catchy at the same time.  I think the subject matter is dope also.   The visual fits the song perfectly and knows how to present himself on camera.  He reminds me of some of the west coast legends like Mack 10.  Over all I think this song could become anyones favorite.  He shows off his wordplay and teaches people that it doesn't matter where you come from,  talent is talent.  If I had to rate this song I would give him a 5 out of 5 stars for being original, dynamic lyricist and for making such a chilled composition.  #Salute

Jennifer Shiver - featuring Shane Hull-Muniz

"I am a daughter of a former lead vocalist for the U.S. Navy Band, who is now a composer and producer of music, media, and live shows. I grew up around music, and I love it. I have especially come to love immersing myself in to the writing portion of it.
There is no greater thrill for me than to have a listener find joy and/or relatability in any of my songs. So, I can't express enough how grateful I am to anyone who takes the time to listen to my music. I'm always completely blown away and overcome with joy whenever I hear of someone expressing their positive sentiments toward any of my songs. I love communicating with people in this manner."

Back in early 2015, Shane Hull-Muniz, was sitting up late with no one else around, playing his guitar. And, as most guitarists do when by themselves – was enjoying a trip down a new musical road, which he was creating, utilizing a smoother Metallica-like picking pattern, through an ethereal sounding chord progression, topped off with some heavier effect-driven riffs. Liking what he heard, and with a desire to take it even further, he played it for producer Paul Shiver, who liked it also, and suggested adding the writing and vocal skills of Jennifer Shiver into the mix, and the three of them proceeded to write and record what can only be described as a bold musical journey.

Through a combination of styles, including progressive and hard rock, metal/punk, and symphonic goth, the song ‘Take The World’ articulates (in both a heavy, and epic way) one’s desire to not be thought of as some phantom fabricated from the erroneous perceptions of other people, but rather as the person they truly are.

Performed by Jennifer Shiver, featuring Shane Hull-Muniz on guitar, and produced by Paul Shiver in the project studio at Lexington Aire Productions, we present – Take The World!

John Hickman Classic Rock

Classic and Alt Rock with a Retro Flair

that truly takes you Out of this World

A great mix of styles and insightful lyrics can be found in the upcoming album release "Remnants" from John Hickman

There are so many struggling musicians out there working hard to make great music and get it heard.  Some work harder than others.  John Hickman is one such person, a singer/songwriter recently from Washington State who just relocated to Hawaii that breaks the mold by effectively “rocking out” by himself.  Forget your preconceptions of a boring guy sitting alone on stage with a guitar on his lap.  John shows that alternative rock can be achieved all by yourself.  No excuses!  Perseverance has been a good teacher, and John has plenty of that.  But he admittedly had some help from a few other musicians in putting together his latest album "Remnants", that is to be released very shortly.
John Hickman got started a little late in life but has been hard at work since 2008 creating quite a diverse portfolio of music, from acoustic folk to mellow adult-alternative to full on crowd moving rock and roll.  One of his early standout songs was the moody "What Would You Do?", a song that really shows all of John’s multi-talents.  From haunting vocals to a driving drum beat to very interesting guitar solos, that was a complete song.
His soon to be released most recent album, "Remnants" is a unique indie album with catchy tunes, a great mix of styles, insightful lyrics, and a retro sound that truly takes you out of this world.  "Hello, Hello" is a nice upbeat rock song reminiscent of the McCartney-dominated songs of the Beatles.  "Escape" is a piano driven rock song at its soul with a dark feel, reminiscent of an alternative rock take on a Coldplay song.  Smooth guitars and a strong note holding voice help carry the song.   "Paris Is Burning" brings to life the romance of the City of Light and refers to the passion for the city that burns within for so many, while "Soiled Dove" is a romantic ballad about one of the "ladies of the night" of an Old West frontier town, and the song title is one the terms used at that time to refer to such working girls.
"What They Told Me" has easily relatable lyrics about what we have been told all our lives to accept as truth without question, and how those things may not always ring true, despite what we have always been told.  "Cascade" is a tune that wonderfully delivers a spiritual message with passion in a synth-driven song with an up-tempo beat, unlike the typical mellow, light feel of most songs with that type of theme.  "Talk" delivers a powerful positive message about simply helping lift each other through open communication.
"Remnants of the Human Race", the semi-title track, is a dark sci-fi track reminiscent of the style of David Bowie in which humanity is forced to flee Earth or face extinction due to some poor technological choices.  "What Have You Done?", a song about the pain and angst felt at the end of a love relationship, has a nice turn near the end as the song modulates upward to allow the subject person in the song to release his final frustrations and then allow the song to smooth and mellow out and offer a more hopeful outlook for the future.
The more mellow folk type song "Passing Thru" could be played by John in a dark, smoky corner of any beer guzzling bar.  He really wakes you up at the bridge with a powerful rock-out before smoothing the song back out with another low key verse.  The song has its ups and downs and also has truly relatable lyrics that keep you interested throughout the 5:03 of the track.  "While Everyone Was Sleeping" was actually written a few years ago, but its political commentary about the domination of the many by the few in our society still holds true today (and actually has throughout most of history).  This song received a semi-finalist award in the 2011 Song of the Year contest.  Finally, "Where Have You Gone?" is a nearly nine minute song about loss of family and friends that is reminiscent of the songs from the classic rock era that were only played on the AOR stations due to their length.  But this one doesn't drag; it is like a two-parter, where the base of the song, the first part, is a bit different from the ending section, almost like two different songs were joined together, but joined seamlessly (like "Layla" from Derek and the Dominoes).
"Remnants" was recorded and produced at London Bridge Studios, Seattle, WA (who has had such notable clients asAlice In Chains, Pearl Jam, and Macklemore/Ryan Lewis) this summer 2016.
Look for the release of "Remnants" soon on CD Baby at:

Jerry Scafone - Its my Life - Flyah

Jerry Scafone was born near Detroit in Hazel Park, Michigan.  He started writing songs at the age of 17.  A year later, encouraged by his friends and family, he headed out to Nashville pedaling his songs up and down Music Row.  It wasn't long before he was signed as a writer with Web Pierce Publishing Company.  Two years later Jerry signed with Panorama Records in Nashville.  He recorded several songs including “What In The World’s Come Over You”, which was made famous by Jerry’s legendary brother, Jack Scott, in 1960.
Jerry returned to Detroit to marry his childhood sweetheart, Nanette, and signed a record deal with MSK Records.  Jerry released several songs including “When the Blues Come Around”, “Angels Don’t Cry” and “By This Time Tomorrow”.  Tragedy struck Jerry and his family when his son, "Little" Jerry was diagnosed with leukemia and died at age seven.  Jerry’s direction expanded and he went on to have a successful career in the fitness business while never losing passion for his music.  He currently owns the Workout Warehouse in Springfield, Ohio and the Bell Bar Lounge located inside the club.
Jerry demonstrated his passion for music and wrote a heartfelt song for his wife, Nanette, called “Bride of My Youth”.  Jerry presented the song to his friend and producer/musician, Junior Smith.  Junior encouraged Jerry to start writing more songs.  This resulted in his new CD, “Jack Hammer”.  A collection of 15 songs recorded at Studio D Recording Studio in New Carlisle, Ohio.  Jerry has written 13 of the songs on his new CD including “Big Brothers and Heros”, a tribute to his legendary rock and roll brother, Jack Scott.
With renewed passion, Jerry produced his new CD “Jack Hammer” (available on iTunes, CDBaby, Amazon.com and a host of distribution sites), a great compilation of original music and two cover songs. Jerry is currently in the studio working a music video and laying tracks for his next CD project, "Highway to Heaven"

WELCOME TO “HEAVY METTLE,” CAN YOU HANDLE IT?
Karais James Artist Bio
“‘Great is worth the wait. There’s no deadline on greatness and no reason to rush art.”
- Karais James
Few artists attempt to escape from their muddled mazes of mediocrity. Still, fewer have the gall to step outside the circle of their stifling “Scarlet Letter,” ofKarais Jamesgenre. Karais James believes there is no such word - it’s a trap. He has an inherent and uncanny artistic perception that makes his artistry an exception to the rule. His genre is not rock, hard rock, or heavy metal - it’s pure molten tenacity.Karais James’ fuel is verve and vivaciousness. So, welcome to the “Heavy Mettle,” - can you handle it?
He knew, almost from birth, he was destined to be a front man, and it became his vision quest. To understand Karais’ artistic evolution, one must look into how he grew up. A product of two childhoods - due to divorce - his youth became a sort of “Tale of Two Cities.” He spent summers in New York City and winters in the rural town of Laurel, Mississippi. Each place gave him a different taste of music. Karais’ eclectic nature today is a product of early exposure to legendary bands that blared over NYC’s FM stations, such asJudas PriestGuns N’ Roses, and Iron Maiden.
On the other hand, it was the AM radio stations in Mississippi that offered him other stylistic influences. He explains, “I was hooked on the angry, obstinate hard rock and metal from The Big Apple, but don’t think for a second that I didn’t dig stuff I heard in Laurel such as Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash.” Overall, he has lived the hard-knock life; he has paid his dues. He’s humbled himself to grow continuously and evolve as a musician. He writes, produces, and performs whatever he wants. “I write; therefore, I am,” he says.
Karais James is quick to point out that being an artist is a gift, it’s not acquired, and you cannot retire from it. He is willing to humble himself to acquire the knowledge to get it done. Over decades in the music business, he’s been counted out thousands of times. However, he writes with a mantra of “never-say-die.” He composes and create from the “Warrior Perspective.” “I’m gonna’ take my bow and arrow, get on my horse and go to war with my art. I’ll either go home or die on the battlefield of bass, poetry, and percussion,” he explains.
Karais James is a rare artist, a true virtuoso, blessed with a musical I.Q. that rivals any other. He has put no deadline on his career, as there is no such date when the art within your soul expires. He quips, “My last breath will last six years ... more than enough time to write another new album.” Of Greek descent, While admiring the works of Roger WatersPink Floyd, and David Gilmore, Karais has no musical idols. He neither follows nor emulates anyone.
While Karais had the ability to break out big while he was in his twenties, but knew it wasn't his time. If he had done so, he admits “... I would be long dead by now.” His first successful foray into becoming a frontman was with his band Kerascene, a metal-hybrid band that melded metal with blues and gritty southern rock. With initial success, he soon realized that Kerascene was more of a stepping stone to something better.
He left Kerascene for a heavy rock band called Chemically Controlled Children- of which he still is their front man. “Chemically Controlled Children gave me the creative freedom that I longed for and needed,” he offers. He continues, “The band is a team effort, they bake the cake, I add the icing as a performer, producer, and composer.”
While working with Chemically Controlled Children Karais met and befriended two profoundly gifted producers. The two talents were Ray Detone and Ritchie Scarlett, (also known as, “The Emperor of Rock N’ Roll.”) While he has played with many A-List musicians over the years, both of these renowned musicians would lead to an epiphany and a renaissance in Karais’ music. With his creative confidence, he was still able to humble himself as a composer and instrumentalist to grow and advance via their advice. “I knew my guitar playing could be better ... so I called Ritchie, I told him to teach me what he knows,” said Karais. The result of this trio working together in the studio would be Karais James first solo release,As This Garden Burns.
As This Garden Burns, due for release in mid-summer 2016, stands as an apex and example of the totality of Karais’ abilities. It’s a ten-track, energetic and eclectic mix of genres. The album proves he is able and willing to cross over intoAs This Garden Burnsany genre he wants to play and forge it into something that works together in unison, without any pause. As This Garden Burns is art in its purest form. With pre-released singles which include; “Into The Sun,” “Learn to Fly,” and “The Longest Road,” Karais gives a brilliant and blinding glimpse of his musical journey outside the realm of genre, and fearlessly “Into The Sun.”
One can easily label Karais not only an artist but a philosopher. He follows a fellow Greek philosopher named Socrates. It is the teachings ofSocrates that catalyzes Karais’ constant goal to grow. He lives by his wisdom, such as, “True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing.” It is via this mantra that Karais has evolved into what he is today. Karais believes there is no timeline or deadline on great art; he will keep pushing until he is dead. However, with his latest solo release, As This Garden Burns, and also the upcoming release of Chemically Controlled Children's album, Karais James may have finally arrived. So, take some time to delve into Karais’ true artistic acumen. You could stay lost within the comforts of other musicians’ muddled mazes of mediocrity. Welcome to Karais’ “Heavy Mettle” ... Can you handle it?

Jerad Finck is Flyah

Ever the optimist, even in the midst of the darkest trials of his life and career, Jerad Finck wrote his powerful and provocative 2011 anthem “Runaway” about not giving up on your dreams, no matter how hard things get, and dealing with his issues head on instead of trying to escape them.

The title of the track became the perfect metaphor for the wild success of the track, which has propelled the tireless Spokane, WA based singer and songwriter and road warrior to new heights in his career – including collaborating and co-writing tracks on his latest upcoming full length album with top producers David Hodges (Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, Christina Perri), Steven Miller (Pink, Dave Matthews Band, Switchfoot), Andrew Williams (Five for Fighting, Jessica Simpson), and Nathan Meckel (Sara Haze, Autumn Hill). Hodges helmed “Criminal,” the infectious power-pop ballad set to be the new album’s lead single. Jerad recently signed an exclusive management deal with Milk & Honey, a 21st Century hybrid entertainment company that was launched by renowned industry veteran Lucas Keller and represents some of the most successful songwriters, producers and artists in the world.

At one point in 2011, “Runaway” was the #1 independent song in the country, peaking at #33 on the Adult Contemporary Chart, #42 in Hot AC and #25 on the Hot AC Indicator Chart. While inspiring popular remixes by Ajax and DJ Lynnwod (that appeared on later editions of Jerad’s Anthony Resta produced EP Stuck In Your Riddle), the song was used by the NBA and NHL as the backdrop to videos created for each league’s finals that celebrated wins by the Dallas Mavericks and Boston Bruins. In addition to leading to Jerad’s signing with Rock Ridge and ADA/Warner Music for further distribution, the song’s enduring popularity led the Gibson Guitar endorsee to add to his already breakneck touring schedule with a near constant slate of performances everywhere from small towns in Texas to the entire East Coast.

Growing up in Spokane and spending his childhood summers on his family’s farm in Odessa, Washington, Jerad has been playing music his whole life – starting with trumpet and playing jazz heavily until college. Since releasing his self titled debut album, produced by John Seymour in 2011, he’s been on the road practically non-stop, opening for and/or touring with Daughtry, Christina Perri, Edwin McCain, DADA, Vertical Horizon, Parachute, One EskimO, Ingrid Michaelson, Matt Hires, Red Wanting Blue, Ron Pope, Cracker, Ingram Hill, Tony Lucca and many others. Jerad credits his experiences touring with the highly fan interactive Sister Hazel for helping him develop a deeper, more intimate relationship with his own audiences – both onstage and off.

The singer’s special performances include Live In The Vineyard, Hotel Carolina, SXSW, Indie Week Toronto, The Rock Boat XII, and Balcony TV. Jerad has also been featured in over fifty newspapers and magazines; including CMJ, Skope, American Songwriter, Amplifier and Acoustic Magazine. He and his band have performed on performed on dozens of morning TV shows on NBC, CBS, ABC & FOX, and his songs have been featured in films and TV shows on HBO, ESPN, Discovery, CBS & NBC, among others.

K-Major is Flyah

Kendricke “K-Major” Brown has become one of the most sought after writers and artists in the game. Proving to be a man of many talents, the 25 year-old songwriter, producer, and entertainer has penned, produced, and performed for some of the biggest names in urban and pop music. K-Major’s heartfelt melodies mixed with southern 808’s allow him to passionately express insinuations of love versus lust, pain versus pleasure, and most of all, failure versus success. K-Major’s genre bending and blending brand of genius is a testament to his larger than life persona and there is still more magic to come.

Born March 9, 1991, Kendricke D. Brown began his musical journey in the small town of Cartersville, GA; just 40 miles northwest of Atlanta. At age 15, Brown signed his first record deal with Blackshield Entertainment, based out of Atlanta, GA, and worked alongside producers Fatboi and Shawty Redd, and songwriter/artist Kalenna (formerly of Diddy-Dirty Money). A few years later, K-Swag and the label parted ways allowing him to set his sights on larger horizons. Brown eventually changed his stage name from K-Swag to K-Major, an ode to his favorite octave on the musical scale and a constant reminder of his first love: music.

In 2010, as a student of the Art Institute of Atlanta, Brown established his own record label and publishing company, 3MG Entertainment (MasterMinds Music Group). Following the success of multiple releases including his first single “My Song” off of the self-entitled mixtape The MAJORity Rules, K-Major discontinued his studies and began to pursue a full time career in music. After reaching the national spotlight with live performances on BET’s 106 & Park Wild-Out-Wednesday and BET’s Blaze the Stage, his music began to spread throughout the country. K-Major also tacked on multiple accolades landing song placements on BET’s series The Game, VH-1’s Hit the Floor, ABC’s Lincoln Heights, and the WWE film Knuckleheads.

After signing an artist deal with Redzone Entertainment/Capitol Records, K-Major hit the ground running releasing controversial singles “Smashin” and “A lot of Cash” off of his album iMJVOR. In 2015, upon his release from Capitol, K-Major signed a co-publishing agreement with Redzone Entertainment and Kobalt Music Group. Since then, K-Major has racked up an impressive body of music working alongside the Grammy Award winning duo, The Dream and Tricky Stewart, and contributing to songs by major R&B, hip hop, and pop artists such as French Montana (“Moses” featuring Chris Brown and Migos), Jacquees (“Perfect,” “Feel It” featuring Lloyd & Rich Homie Quan), and Jacob Latimore (“Yo Boyfriend”). In the midst of writing ground breaking hits for other artists, K-Major continues to create exciting new music for his fans with mixtapes such as The Greatest Show on Earth (2012), Turbulence (2013), The Game Changer(2013), Pursuit of Happiness (2014), and Category V (2015) currently available on datpiff.com, livemixtapes.com, and iTunes.

D-Rummz is Flyah

  • Rest" is another record with NO PROFANITY and a great message. "In a nutshell this song is about work ethic. Working harder everyday to reach your goal rather that be buying a house or in my case making an impact on hip hop. It's all up to you no excuses. The song is simply the soundtrack to your journey to the top. No Rest" D-Rummz explains. Positive messages in this culture are rare but D-Rummz manages to pull it off in a way that is so organic you can't help but to be intrigued. Refreshing to say the least. All of his songs are self-produced. Beats, lyrics and most importanly, SUBSTANCE!

Spiderdagod is Flyah

Born in Buffalo, NY, Nicholis has been writing since middle school, developing a love for the art form of words over beats, imagery and metaphors. As a teenager, he sat at the table watching other students rap their lunch away. The more he listened, the easier and easier it sounded, and the less he was impressed by everyone else. Later on in the school year, he went out on a limb and introduced his self into the cypher, captivating everybody. Soon after, he formed an odd obsession, to be the best. Nicholis would listen to beats and take his experience from the streets and create a harmonized puzzle. In 2005, he had dealings with a national record label that ended poorly, discouraging him from pursuing a  musical career. In 2009, his passion for music returned when he received an e-mail from an individual who was familiar with his music. Upon inquiring if Nicholis had released any new music, he realized that his impact wasn't the results he didn't garnish nationally, but the ones he did on an individual basis. Recharged with a new vigor, some of the hottest lyrics and an uncanny ability to reach any demographic, he began working on music again. In 2011, Nicholis completed his mixtape “A Kingdom In Ruin” locally in Buffalo to secure a proper introduction with over 1000 in sales hand to hand. He has worked with artists such as: Benny, Dunny Gage, Conway, Miilkbone, Keith Murray, Nino Bless, K-Rino, Kelsey Nykole, and Ness Lee. Having performed in New York City, Charlotte, Buffalo, Rochester, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Montgomery, Miami, Boston and Chicago, SpiderdaGod is an artist to look out for. As he prepares for his debut album "The Dead King", his business acumen and ability to captivate the market ensures a bright future.

Shortly after graduating high school, Styne knew at a young age he wanted more and in order to obtain more he needed to elevate himself, so the rising lyricist enrolled at a local college and studied both business management and recording engineering. Styne’s business background, creative passion, and analytical sharpness spearheaded the creation of Most Doubted Records Entertainment.  The label’s name stems from all the doubters and non-believers from when Styne first shared his vision to open up his own record label. The doubters are now believers as Most Doubted Records continues to grow.

Project Grand Slam - The Queens Carnival - Flyah Review

Project Grand Slam is an acclaimed jazz rock fusion band, led by bassist/leader/composer Robert Miller, combining the power and beat of rock with the complexity and improvisation of jazz, with a jam band sensibility. The band plays Robert’s original compositions plus selected unique covers of classic rock songs that Robert has re-imagined

Listening to this album brought me into a very relaxed state.  The perfect blend of instruments makes this one intriguing and it has a impact from the very first song.  I love albums that start off with a bang and the drum roll on Beyond Forever gives me exactly what Im looking for.  The first four bars on this song lets you know that you are definitely in for a nice ride.  This aura fits title perfectly and the guitars shows off the vibrant mood set with ease.  I love the way it reminds of riding with my Uncle Vernon in a old crown Victoria on the way to grandma's.  During these days my uncle would play songs like Green Onions by Booker T and The MGs and its nothing like the good old times.

On the second song The Rescue, Project Grand Slam brings a more upbeat feel.  Its starts off with some funk guitar riffs and then moves into a jazzy sensation.  The Saxophone player Mario Castro takes the lead and puts you in a dancing groove like no other.  This song also brings back good memories for me.  My Grandfather and Grandmother are still living and was born in the 30's.  I know for sure that if they were to hear this music they will swing the night away.  I really love how Project Grand Slam has a mixture of genres and can transition from one to the other without a problem.

The Next song You Really Got Me is surely a hit record if you ask me.  The vocals from Lucy Woodward are smooth and Modulated.  Even though this a more jazzy funk song,  listening to this song make me want to hear some of The Roots albums.  The guitar player Yasser Tejeda, plays a vital part in bringing the house down with the screaming strings through out this love ballet.  I really enjoy this album for its substance and consistence.   Im a hip hop artist with a ear for great music and this project  is surely a Grand Slam in my book..  The Cd entitled song The Queen Carnival brings a island feel and gives me chills from the jump.  I feel like I have been invited to a big party where everyones a star.  I love the way they clap all through the song and yell for joy.

The last song is no slouch either.  Gorrilla has a rock n roll beach boys type thing going on, that makes me want to ride in my car with the sun roof open.  I love the way it breaks down and mellows out mid flight and then cranks right back up for a epic ending.  Over all this album deserves my praise and much more.  If I had to rate this short EP I would give it a 5 out of 5 stars for being so well rounded, fun and entertaining.  I pray this band lives for many years and continue to prosper in a way that would change the world

Cody Webb More Than a Little - Flyah Review

When hearing country music I look for a calming and inspiring feeling that no other genre can supply.  The mood has to be joyous and uplifting in way that will send you off into a deep daydream.  I have been pushing this review off for a couple of days but now I seriously regret that.  Cody Webb has the gift of word play in his Country love song More than a little.  He's a very special entertainer from South Carolina that has the talent of not only singing with great range but he also plays the guitar like ''no ones business''.  This song touches your heart from the first note and reminds of great artist such as Tim McGraw.  Up to this day I had never heard of Cody Webb, but after hearing his song Im sure he will have a lasting effect on anybody that gives his music a spin.

As the guitar strums in the intro of this song I was not sure of what to expect.  It kind of had a rock n roll feel be his supreme Southern Voice blends the two genres very well.  This is not so common in Country music and definitely deserves praise.  The following words ''Im gonna turn you porch into a dance floor tonight'' leads on a path of excitement and increases the hunger for more of this nirvana.   I noticed when this video was released, and I have to say that he couldn't have picked a better time of the year. I guess Im more than little in love with this chorus also. It has a great rhythm, its very catchy and the way he makes its profound it surely will move a crowd.  If I had to rate this song I would give it a 4 out of 5 for composition, Hit potential, and pizazz.  Give this song a listen and comment and let us know what you think

Zachery Le'on - Gold Iris #FlyahReview

Zachery Le'on is an Indianapolis, IN native MC in the Indy underground Hip Hop scene. Currently head of the artistic collective known as TheVillage and affiliated with Strong Roots records. Le'on has paved his way in the local music scene with his golden era style flow, lyrics, and stage presence. Zachery has performed at countless venues throughout Indiana and Chicago, branding himself as a force to be reckoned with and pushing his music career in a new direction. You can find all of his discography, videos, and show dates on his website or by simply adding him on social media.

Listening the the song ''Golden Iris'', is a very entertaining and a fresh feeling. His flow is precise and his word play puts him on a level of intelligent rhyme sayers.  The topic is original and he definitely holds the hip hop community down when displaying his skills.   The golden era is something that should never die and Zachery Le'on shows that this culture is very much alive if he's around.  He talks about how his roots have made him what he is and how he never plans to allow things to change for the worst. The beat is something that is powerful too.  The dreamy synth makes this one a soul traveling ballet.   The drums match it perfectly and his voice makes it easy to listen to.  I thought that track was mixed pretty decent also.  Overall I have not found a flaw in Golden Iris.  Although its not a commercial type of record, if you just love boom bap it is a perfect for you and will have the lasting effect of any money making song.  I believe this song deserves more fans, listens, and deserves a 9/10 grading score.

No Other Way for Chayah - Flyah Review

Inspired by great artists such as Celine Dion Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston; singer-songwriter, Chayah Miranda, is paving the way for the new generation of music. Chayah brings exceptional range and pitch; with talent that will blow the competition out of the water. When first hearing the opening track, "Higher" on her debut Christian Pop album, No Other Way. I was instantly amazed at how she motivates with melodies and verbal spontaneous emotion. The song is all about lifting someone out of any situation that may be in and help them see a route of positive signs. Chayah touches the ears with her sweet and enjoyable voice complimented with lyrics that really comes from the soul.

In the CD entitled song, "No Other Way", a message given by Chayah expresses staying dedicated to God's word and vocalizes his power to wipe tears from the faces of children by also wishing for strength within them. I believe her voice on this record was heartwarming and something much needed in a time, when the world is bombarded by negativity and a positive change is called upon. The title itself was an excellent choice to use as both a song and the CD's name; a great way of marketing of a product that can be used to uplift others with songs that make anyone feel good.

The record I felt that made an impact to me was "Let Go"; Chayah sings about letting God take control in your life and he will give direction in where you need to go. I heard similar songs of these in church services and they all along with Chayah's take on the phrase ''let go and let god bring importance''. When we tried to take things in our own hands sometimes that can be a bad thing; this is why the message is well put in letting God handle the tough things to strengthen us in our worst of times.

If i had to rate this CD with fantastic songs, i give four stars out of five... Chayah's future is looking bright.

Mr Gaines - Want it all---Flyah Review

When first hearing this song it reminded me of many great hip hop songs from the 90's.  It has a great intro and the beat is similar to some of Nas and Mobb Deep tracks.  Bliss definitely has different style that makes you Want it all.  Her Voice is dope and different from most female hip hop artist.  Steven G is also a impeccable artist.  His flow cuts sharply on this beat like a dagger does a shield-less soldier.  I believe his deep mind and topics will always set him apart in this music business.  The more different you are the better the people of the real hip hop community will accept you.  If I had to rate this song I would give this a 7 out of 10 for originality, consistence and subject matter.  I am a real hip hop fan that has ventured away at times to hear what the main stream has and this song really brings me back to my true nature.
