Comedy Get Down renewed for a season 2

BET Networks had confirmed over the weekend that the Comedy Get Down is renewed for a season 2. The first season was prerecorded in advance before the passing of Charlie Murphy. Cedric the Entertainer, D.L. Hughley, George Lopez and Eddie Griffin had continued on the road performing stand up comedy in various locales. The quartet had built up a buzz over social media and on the road since the Original Kings of Comedy debuted in theaters in 2000. Now in 2018, these four bring the funny and have the opportunity to graces the TV screens in early 2019 at 10:30 EST
