Don’t mistake frankness and honesty for lack of consideration. These two crooners have been one of the hardest working bands of brothers since the turn of the century, when they founded their own music label New Money Records in Beverly Hils, CA (as well as a clothing line, an all-natural supplement drink and more!). As you may all be aware, running a label is a labor of love and hard work. Fortunately for the Wood brothers, their work did not go unrewarded. Their fantastic and constant stream of music videos has built them a massive YouTube and MySpace following. The duo's work has even been noticed and featured by the ultra popular genre website WorldStarHipHop. New Money Twinz has already achieved a ton of buzz on the net, getting featured in blogs like Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes and Mixtape Wire. They have been featured videos on MTV.com and Myspace.com’s “Famous and Unsigned,” and also had several appearances on BET’s 106 & Park, MTV and The WB television outlets.   When You Knock on Wood, The Hits Keep On Coming!
The New Money Twinz team up with TeeFlii to and the threesome is about to get lucky with “Annie” (Do It Again).

“New Money Twinz … Y’all already know what you have to do."- Sean “Diddy” Combs

(BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA, USA) August 22nd, 2014 – Ryan and Bryan Wood of The New Money Twinz are about to Knock on Wood and get lucky with “Annie” (Do It Again). It’s the first single off of the upcoming release of Knock on Wood that has generated a buzz with their female fan base.
The New Money Twins
The Wood twins are used to “getting lucky-” after all, they live the “Wood Life.” However, everyone knows luck is a balance of talent and hard work... that’s something the twins have “glass-mastered. For their latest project, they teamed up with L.A.-based hit singer-songwriter and producer, TeeFlii. TeeFlii’s recent release, “24 Hours” (Feat. 2 Chainz) is tearing up the Billboard Charts. “Both Ryan and I feel been blessed to work with TeeFlii on this,” offers Bryan. He continues, “We believe this will be a radio and playlist jewel for our fans.”
“Annie” (Do It Again) was written and produced by TeeFlii, yet stylistically blends with the remaining all-original songs on Knock on Wood that are penned by Ryan and Bryan. “Annie” (Do It Again) is laced with a sexy and sultry r&b urban vibe. The subtle bass and addicting riffs lay perfectly under the smooth vocals of Ryan and Bryan. The tune displays the best of old and new school - a sort of creative complicity that only TeeFlii and the New Money Twinz could have pulled off.
It is the uncanny ability of the Twinz to cross over between r&b, rap and block soul that make this dynamic duo so eclectic and entertaining. It is also the reason for past successes on single releases such as “We Straight Up,” and “How Can I Trust You Now.” The videos for their songs have garnered an incredible following on YouTube, with over 20,000 subscribers and over 7.5 million views. The New Money Twinz have been schooled by top-notch artists while working at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Daddy's House Recording Studio and also touring with Jodeci for over three years.
Ryan explains, “We got a chance to learn and work with Timbaland, Missy, Aaliyah and Ginuwine – they all helped form who we are today.” It’s been a long journey from their humble beginnings in Birchwood, NY to the success the New Money Twinz have found in Hollywood, but they knew they could ‘do it again’ with “Annie (Do It Again.)” Annie freaking loved it, and it’s proof that when you Knock on Woodthe hits keep on coming.

Michelle Rose Exclusive Interview

Q:  What's it like growing up in Mpls?   Does the city have interesting stories about Prince?     A:  I only lived in Minneapolis until I was three, but I have fond memories of it.  Even now that I live in a suburb of Minneapolis, I still feel like I'm a part of Minneapolis.  I think a lot of Minnesotans have "Minneapolis Pride", even if they don't live in Minneapolis.  Minneapolis has so many fun things to see and do, and the arts are very important here, with so many theaters and live shows.     Prince put us on the map for music.  I hear Prince stories everywhere I go in Minnesota.  I've met so many people who were associated with Prince, including one of his dancers, and even a former Paisley Park employee working as a cashier at the local grocery store, so I've heard many Prince stories.  I wish I could've been a Chanhassen resident when Prince was still alive, because I know that many Chanhassen residents saw him casually riding his bike around

Den Edie Flyah interveiw

Den Edie Flyah interveiw So could you tell us a little bit about your upbringing in Ohio?  I was sent to guitar leasons by my parents when I was 10 years old. My uncle lived with us back in    Ohio then and he played the drums. I grew up with a Rock band practicing in my basement.    I did not know it at the time but this little town I lived in knew how to rock. When did music become your main interest and what lead you to take music so seriously?   When I was 13 I saw my first rock concert. It was The kinks (one for the road tour.)    It changed me instantly. Suddenly that was the only thing I wanted to do.    To this day I'm still doing it. My guitar obsession had just started and    I did take some music theory lessons as well. I began learning how to create music or write a song.    I recently worked with two clasical Violinist. A Saxsaphone player and a Pianist. The Music theory lessons did pay off as I was able to talk to them in a launguage they understood.  Being a Singer
