Urban Pop Artist and Prolific Songwriter mentored by Berry Gordy.  TOY CONNOR was selected to be a What’s Next Artist on the NOW 44 Compilation Album, featuring her Single, “BE IN LOVE TONIGHT” along side Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Psy, David Guetta, Chris Brown, Usher, Lil Wayne, Pink, Flo Rida, Justin Bieber, Kelly Clarkson, and Maroon 5. The Compilation went Certified Gold.
Toy’s music has also been featured on TV Shows “The Real World”, “Bad Girls Club”, “Love Games” “Texas Big Tips” and “Kingpin” to name a few.
Toy has been singing since the age of 3. She has a five octave range with unique and unmistakable vocal characteristics. Toy writes and arranges all of her material with her in-house production team. She performs all of her lead and background vocals.
Toy is known for her bad girl breakout role in the 3 Emmy Award Winning HBO Series, “The Corner”, where she starred as the feisty 13 year old Tyreeka Freemon. She has starred in numerous T.V. shows including recurring roles on “ER” as (Tenisha) and “General Hospital” as (April Gilbert). Though an accomplished young Actress, Toy’s heart has never deviated from pursuing her goal as a Pop Artist!
Born in Brooklyn to Caribbean parents, Toy gives you the best of both worlds with Sassy Urban Pop Club Bangers and Sexy Dancehall Flavor.

  Where are you from and what’s it like in your hometown? I am born and mostly raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. New Bedford is full of hardworking and creative people. It's got It's ups and downs just like everywhere. For me it's home and where I feel the most comfortable.
