Paul Stephens AKA Steppa45 or Paul Antonio has been playing music for over two generations now; firstly reggae back in the 90's then progressed into the house scene playing at some exclusive night spots across the capital. He left the music scene for nearly 6 years and has recently returned and is back with a vengeance.
