JOR-G - Score

The road to redemption is not always a short one, but where there is risk, there is reward.
No one knows this more than JOR-G.  Spending two of the most crucial years of his life behind bars– JOR-G built up a sizable skillset while doing his time.  As he free-styled to the beats in his mind around the prison-yard, those skills were noticed…they were appreciated…the rhymes were relatable, and real.  Confirmation of talent can come from anywhere in life – and for JOR-G, those nods of approval came from the hardest of the hard inside the prison walls.

Once he was finally released in 2003, he immediately went into beast-mode and put every minute he had into the music.  Determined to make the most of every minute in life outside of prison – JOR-G dropped his first single “THEY AIN’T READY 4 ME” and used the experience as the blueprint to guide him in refining his talents and abilities even further in order to seriously take his career to the next level.

From the ground up, JOR-G not only put his entire life back together, but his DIY methods allowed him the opportunities to grow, expand and evolve as an artist as he learned everything he could from performance to production.  His incredible focus and determination to be the best saw his skillset continue to grow rapidly into tangible and reliable assets inside and outside of the studio.
A true inspiration for the people and genuine story of redemption, JOR-G has gone on to entertain and thrill audiences on-stage & throughout the online world with a whole series of music-videos, singles, albums, mix tapes & more while gaining and growing one of the most supportive fan-bases out there in music today.  Formed from people all over the globe that relate to the intensity of his lyrics and the authentic place they come from inside, JOR-G – speaks for the people & continues to inspire others to become the best versions of themselves through sheer example of what it takes to overcome the odds and boldly turn dreams into a whole new reality.
