R. Kelly - Arrested on Child Porn Charges

52 year old songwriter/R&B and Hip Hop artist, Robert Sylvester Kelly (billed as R. Kelly) was arrested in New York less than 24 hours ago after indictments were issued to place Kelly under sex crime persecution.
The indictments were filed in 2 distinctive states both in Chicago (the artists hometown) and in New York.
 The attorney's of the singer are seeking for bail but this is unlikely to happen since the charges fall under the Federal Law and can lead anyone a maximum sentence if convicted.
R. Kelly also has had a manipulative history of denying sex crime related situations of this disturbing manner dated far back as 1998 (2 years before his trial in relation to a salacious video tape leaked over a underage girl performing a sex act).
According to the indictment in the state of Chicago, the case out of federal court was amounted to 13 count while in New York, 5 additional counts were put out.
R. Kelly maximum sentence can be instituted to 60 years to Life once all charges are placed in judgement.
