Sivan Langer - The Three Monkeys Somg

Langer’s journey into the world of songwriting began when he decided to form a band with a couple of his schoolmates. He dove into a furious exploration of the guitar, immersing himself in the iconic sounds of 90s rock and grunge. Soon enough, his musical tastes grew to encompass jazz and experimental rock. It was a journey that led him to appreciate the conceptual ideas behind the music as much as their sonic manifestations.  As he continues down the winding path of a musician infatuated with his craft, the culmination of his musical journey is marked by this labor of love and determination, borne out of sheer will and appreciation for the arts. Langer’s fusion of genres, blending classic rock, punk, and even elements of jazz, bears witness to an artist unafraid to explore and transcend boundaries. Jamsphere review for LeonDee makes Flyah

LeonDee: “Stay” brings us into the realm
of exquisitely superior chill-out pop music!
Singer-songwriter LeonDee’s thoughtful melodies are based on real life events and situations. Through the music he asks questions and finds the answers, he tries to communicate with the listener. The ability to sing in English, Russian, Spanish, German, Turkish and French is one of Leon’s great characteristics and his multi lingual songs have a great universal appeal. With the desire to take his music to the next level he has participated in the songwriting competitions across the country and now he is widely recognized as the fresh face with the big sound.
LeonDee recently his 8-track album entitled “Stay”. His voice is so enchanting, all the songs on it are simply superb and I love not having to use the skip button on it. LeonDee sounds like a sea at midnight in a dreamy moonlit atmosphere with sweet undertones. “Stay” is so full of soul and so mesmerizing that it will stick in your head for days even after one listen. LeonDee’s smoky voice curls over the funky lyrics and combined with an orchestra of sound it makes for a set of gorgeous songs.
I think all the songs on the album are fabulous, but the ones that stand out the most are “Liar”“You”, “Addicted”, “Loneliness” and “What Would I Do”. Each one is deep, luminous and something that you will love for a long time; excellent sophisticated music for any time of day or mood. LeonDee does not hide behind walls of sound, though the production is full and layered. His voice is the central instrument throughout the songs, and this can only be a good thing. It highlights that he is a versatile singer, confident and in control.
LeonDee offers a wonderful variety of musical flavors throughout the album. And with most of mainstream music sounding the same, it’s great that LeonDee does his own thing. Radio needs more like him. The album also has a sense of uplifting freedom, which adds another big plus sign to LeonDee’s song-writing skill. At the same time, it uses easy and simple words so the lyrics are understandable and the melodies of the songs can easily step into people’s minds too. In short it does what pop music should do: take you do a better place.

The emotions in each song are different – and LeonDee creates a distinctive soundscape for each, that is utterly breathtaking, capable of lifting you one hundred feet above the dullness of the city streets. The lyrics are deep, the melodies are beautiful and the songs overall are well produced and catchy. But ultimately it’s the combination of LeonDee’s voice and the music that turns into something which just gets under your skin and haunts your inner brain. It brings us into the realm of exquisitely superior chill-out pop music. Give it a chance and it will grow on you!
