Music mogul Dr. Dre is spinning off his Woodland Hills, CA, home for $5.25 million.
The rapper and producer purchased the French-style manor in 1999 for $2,375,000. It’s not clear if the 54-year-old behind the popular Beats headphones ever lived there. He does own a portfolio of properties in the Los Angeles area.
Built in 1987 in the guard-gated Westchester County Estates, this 16,000-square-foot home has eight en suite bedrooms and 13 baths. Behind a gated driveway, the half-acre grounds include a four-car garage, patios, outdoor lounge area, and Olympic-length pool.
